They do have very good reps that will get creative w your skills and experience to help find a match between you and one of their client companies. Do a good job and represent them well and you'll always get some kind of job if you need it, at least temporarily. These aren't your mom's version of 'temp jobs'. Overall Manpower is pretty cool tho, you just have to know what you signed up for. Or at least not without a low-ball offer from the company you are contracting for thru Manpowers services. And there's not a whole lot of stability or chance of something permanent so don't ever expect they'll want to keep you. So again you may get treated like a product they are leasing from Manpower. The cons are alot of the time these are big corporations that use contractors because they save money and don't have to commit anything really back to you. And even if you had a goofy gig previously, they don't discard you, they will always try and find you the next thing (because again you are the product for rent lol). The pros of doing all this thru Manpower are that they find you positions pretty fast and they will negotiate pay for you if they can.
